This page is now ONLY for custom falls and double enders that have not been ordered directly from our online store. All other orders can be found from your account.
  
Your order number is your last name and zip code (or postal code for non-US orders.) If you have more than one order pending under the same name, the orders will have an additional number after the zip corresponding to the date on which you placed the orders. 
Click on your shipping date to track your package. Items may take up to 48 hours to show on the tracking site. Click on your order number to see your falls or double ender progress photos, if you have asked for them.
The time frame in parenthesis is how long you can expect to wait for delivery, however shipping times may vary. Usually, they are shorter, but they can run longer if we're very busy, have inclement weather (high heat/humidity slows synthetic orders,) illness strikes, etc!

Current Production Information: We are now caught up with falls.  Ship dates are now down to 6 weeks or less. Synthetic double ender orders are shipping in 2 weeks or less. We are working on new pre-made falls for this month, as well as preparing for the launch of the new site. Keep checking this page for updates on your order!

We will be taking the last week of April off of falls production. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. Other orders will ship normally.
